Since G6PD deficiency is not common in Europe, Mustela products have not been specifically tested for this condition. However, Mustela products do not contain any ingredients known to be unsuitable for individuals with G6PD deficiency. We recommend checking the ingredient list before use and consulting a doctor for professional advice. The full list of ingredients can be found on the ingredient column.
Mustela Organic collection uses French organic certified olive oil as its key ingredient. The product uses cold-pressing technology to retain the most original nutrients, including Omega 6 and 9. It provides immediate and long-lasting hydration and soothes delicate skin. It effectively cleanses hair and body while moisturizing and soothing the skin, reducing dryness after bathing.
Diaper Rash Cream 1 2 3 is simple to use. But first, you have to prepare the area.
When you change your baby's diaper, clean the diaper area with wipes or our No Rinse Cleansing Water, and let it dry completely. Then, squirt some Diaper Rash Cream 1 2 3 onto your fingers.
Carefully apply a thick layer to your baby's skin. You want the product on the entire area the diaper will cover.
Next, proceed to diaper your baby like usual. Then, wash your hands to remove any remaining cream.
Repeat this process whenever you change your baby for maximum healing and protection.
We make our Diaper Rash Cream 1 2 3 with natural, effective ingredients that soothe and heal your baby's delicate skin.
While you can see the complete ingredient list on our product page, here's a closer look at a few of them:
• Sunflower Oil Distillate: Repairs the skin barrier and helps protect against irritants
• Oxeoline of Alcacea: Soothes irritated skin and reduces inflammation
• Avocado Perseose®: Protects, moisturizes, and helps strengthen the skin
• Zinc Oxide: Creates a protective barrier against wetness
Plus, this product is fragrance-free and free of parabens and phenoxyethanol, so you can feel good about using it on your baby.
Treating your baby's diaper rash involves keeping the area clean and dry and using a special cream to help heal the skin.
Here are some specific steps to take if your little one has a rash in their diaper area:
• Change their diaper frequently sitting in pee or poop for too long can make things worse
• Opt for gentle, fragrance-free wipes, soaps, and creams
• Apply a generous amount of cream (like our Diaper Rash Cream 1 2 3) with every diaper change
• Let your baby go diaper-free for a bit to allow their skin to breathe and heal
The diaper rash should improve within three days of starting treatment.
Some baby shampoos are specially formulated to treat cradle cap. Mustela’s Foam Shampoo For Newborns is one example. We designed this product to help minimize the flaky patches associated with cradle cap.
Made from 99% naturally derived ingredients, this shampoo includes Sunflower Seed Oil and Avocado Fruit Extract to help nourish your baby’s scalp.
Since it’s free of fragrances, parabens, phthalates, and phenoxyethanol, you can confidently use our foam shampoo without worrying about harsh chemicals. Plus, it’s been tested by healthcare professionals to ensure it’s safe and effective.
Mustela Foam Shampoo for Newborns has been specifically designed to prevent the appearance of cradle cap and encourage its elimination by limiting bacterial proliferation, which is its root cause. If your baby’s’ head presents these little whitish and yellowish crusts, we recommend that you use this skin care product.
On the other hand, if their scalp is healthy, Mustela Gentle Shampoo will be perfectly suitable: enriched in chamomile extracts and coconut oil derivatives, it gently cleanses the hair and prevents the formation of tangles. If you would like to find out more about cradle cap, please consult our advice section.
