The baby's weight, contractions, fatigue... the last few weeks of pregnancy are definitely not easy. So ball sports are obviously out of the question! But a ball can be more useful than you think. Have your partner or a friend massage your back while you sit on the ball to relieve discomfort as labor approaches.
